You will get some responsibility here and can learn to some extent.
Cons
1. This company only hires fresher means, you can not expect a better mentor
2. You can not expect anything except salary (which will also not on time)
3. Total leave in a year is half of the company standers
There are a lot more but don't have enough time to write all of them.
I joined as fresher. Good oportunity to work and learn.
1. Lot of new technologies to learn.
2. Joined as fresher. But work given is same as for 3-year engineer in MNC. So, can learn more.
3. Somewhat hectic work. So can learn more quickly.
4. High quality office.
5 . No fixed rules. Can ask for changes to rules because of personal problem.
Cons
1. Salary is good. Product is super. But not in topmost category like google, amazon.
