Pathetic working conditions, bad behavior towards drivers and new hires, keep on backbiting each other, Keep on passing racial slurs and innuendoes. The supervisor are not worthy, the dispatcher has a superiority complex. Never interested in helping new comers and think of drivers as slaves.
