Pros
Quill, and Staples its parent company, have built a culture around its greatest resources, their people. I've moved through various roles and the opportunities for growth are plenty. The average tenure in the division I work in is 11.5yrs - that's unheard of in the contact centre industry. Fair pay and great people to work with, so glad that I came here.
Cons
The drawbacks are those of working for any big company. Sometimes decisions from the top don't make sense such as layoffs when resources are stretched thin. But after 24yrs I can say the business has grown so those decisions must have made sense.
