      Pros

      Good working culture, plenty of sensible adults. Freedom to explore various interesting projects. Some really great teams, colleagues, and products.

      Cons

      The average quality of people is not first rate, including the senior management. The investment business is a 1 1/2 product company. Management is very internally focused.

      Pros

      Potential for growth Great work environment Good benefits and PTO Quinn does mini "courses" every few weeks to improve skills such as: quote writing, pitching real estate vs travel clients etc.

      Cons

      Work/life balance really depends on what team you're on and portfolio Senior management needs work and should be more hands on Senior management should interact more with junior staff on a daily basis Need to pay more attention to junior staff Too many internal meetings
