      Annual bonus Work location was good for me Most of the staff at my location was pleasant to work with with the exception of a few

      Horrible benefits (for Texas) Favoritism Unethical behaviors The Owner/Founder Employees were treated like robots and not people with lives and feelings

      Pros

      Small team environment, management is supportive and always coming up with new ideas for success. Benefits are good. Work from home some days.

      Cons

      It gets repetitive. Goals are a little tough to achieve but if you put in the extra work, they are attainable.
