They pay hourly, but cap your total earnings at 10K per month. So if you work any overtime (and you are capping out your commission which is not hard to do) you are essentially paying yourself. In short if you are a top sales person this is not for you. If you are the type to be in the "top 3-5" this is not for you. Otherwise you end up paying yourself for doing well. No room for advancement. Frat boy mentality (if you are not one of us, we want you gone)
