      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with, the relaxed atmosphere, and that I was mostly remote. The Firm made active efforts to make salaries more competitive.

      Cons

      The head of my department was really bad but he left shortly after I did. I bet it is a 4 or 5 star experience there now.
