The co workers were great. Laid back people. One of the easiest jobs I’ve ever had. HR/accounting/purchasing/building maintenance were always very helpful when needed.

Everything with management was strange. There are a few different department supervisors (and some appointed assistants to the supervisors) and it seems like there was always miscommunication and tension between then. Creates a difficult environment. Communication could be much better.

Everybody is very nice. Work is not hard. I never dread coming into work each day. The yearly bonus is based on company performance… the company is performing very well right now. Great starting PTO. Good medical insurance. There are multiple people who have worked at Quintech for 20+ years… that’s gotta mean something good.

Work from home is allowed but slightly looked down upon by most managers. Facilities (break room, bathroom, etc…) are dated. Poor communication. Low starting pay, even for a small town. The engineers do not shower. I’m not joking, their area has a stench.
