      Unlimited Vacation Days, but you'll be shamed if you use them.

      Cons

      Horrible and toxic work environment, lots of talking behind your back, people fired on a whim, EXTREMELY low pay way below industry standard, micromanaging, the list goes on. Even if you're desperate, please do not torture yourself by working here

      Cool location in industry city

      - Toxic people running the business on a “fake it til you make it” mentality - Severe lack of real leadership - Lack of proper training and then you’re thrown under the bus to clients if you make mistakes due to your lack of training - Gaslighting, belittling, and unrealistic expectations are the norm - Drastic underpayment for the industry
