      Pros

      Nice people as colleagues. Good location of the office in Malaga. Professional HR that is trying to do their best.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lack of training. Limited to inexistente opportunities to grow. Nepotism. High turnover rate and firings on childish reasons. Totally non responsive to complains.

      Pros

      The company hired me with 0 experienced, offering competitive Junior salary. Helped out throughout growth. Is very attentive to the personal matters, as well as permitting working part-time after maternity leave. Different projects, issues, helpful colleagues. Managed to grow in 2yrs to medior.

      Cons

      Lacking a strict system of handling project information, more learn from people.
