Cons
Quiza is unresponsive and expects neighbors to tattle on each other for violations. Memos come out in snail mail a day too late. The home owners are now being charged for amenities that they had access to whenthey moved into the neighborhood in more than a decade ago; this company is just looking to nickel-and-dime everyone within their HOA. Quiza was also given free rent in this neighborhood's clubhouse. The management is hostile if contacted and we have been instructed to do nothing. I won't be working for Quiza in the future.
