      Good people , understanding and nice.

      Cons

      Since managers don't have a lot of experience with product design or agile methodology, you should not consider looking to them as mentors. They won't give any advice since they are unaware.

      Colleagues were great, talented, and works really hard.

      Cons

      Management treats employees like they own us! They were disrespectful, they show unethical behavior, and verbally abusive! Most horrible work environment I've ever experienced!

      Learning opportunities, what works, and what doesn't

      Cons

      No work-life balance. The manager constantly pressures us to rush, forcing us to work long hours which is stressful and I feel harassed every day! The exhaustion was brutal and awfully draining!
