Pros

I worked with some incredibly talented people.

Cons

In my experience, Quorum was the most unprofessional company I have worked for. After the acquisition of Phone2Action, we were repeatedly told our jobs were secure, but former Phone2Action employees were treated like second-class citizens. Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and policies were enforced inconsistently. I was sent to HR after declining to add pronouns to my email signature. Shortly after, I was publicly reprimanded by sales leadership for having open space on my calendar, which I intentionally left available for SDRs to book meetings. No prior communication or guidance had been shared with the team about this being an issue. A significant portion of my pipeline was eliminated when entire categories of organizations were labeled as prohibited, with no meaningful support provided to help rebuild that pipeline. When I asked how leadership planned to assist, I was told I was on my own. Despite these challenges, I closed deals, finished the quarter as a top performer compared to both legacy Quorum reps and my Phone2Action peers, and received no recognition. In some cases, credit for deals I worked was publicly attributed to others. Ultimately, I chose to leave the company. After resigning, I received calls from colleagues who were told I had been fired, which was not true. When I requested documentation from my resignation call for my records, it was refused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Quorum as a workplace. Trust, transparency, and consistent leadership were lacking.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we can’t address individual employment matters publicly, we do want to clarify a few points. Quorum does not required team members to add or remove pronouns from email signatures. We are committed to fair, equitable, and inclusive practices that respect individual choice. We also strive for transparent, consistent communication throughout the team member lifecycle and encourage open dialogue when questions or concerns arise. This includes transparency in employment documentation, and decisions are shared with appropriate context during exit conversations. Our anonymous hotline is also an avenue that can be taken, where team members can share their concerns to enable us to better improve our operations. We welcome direct outreach to our People team if additional clarification or information would be helpful to you.
