      Pros

      Work from home is a perk. Decent medical coverage. Meeting new people.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged daily. Easy job if they’d let you do it. Constantly looking over you shoulder. Chat is monitored, even private messages. If you need to go to the washroom, you are told to change you status to personal time, every second you have on personal is deducted from you pay. That’s right. You have to pay to pee!!! It’s hard to trust anyone.

      Pros

      Team members always had my back when upper management tried again and again to set us up for failure.

      Cons

      There were several layoffs during the time that I worked at Quorum, and many of the people who were laid off seemed to be blindsided by it. The new hires brought in were also poorly vetted, and caused numerous HR issues. This company seemed to care way more about numbers than the well being of their employees - which I'd say definitely doesn't help their numbers in the long run anyways.
