Pros
The entire management team has been turned over and the company bears little resemblance to what it was in the past. There is strong leadership in place and great people across the organizations and the company is growing.
Cons
There are high expectations and support to meet those expectations, but if you're looking for somewhere you can take your foot off the gas and coast, this isn't the right place.
