Pros

Have been with the company for less than a year but am really impressed by the level of transparency in the company and collaboration. • Collaborative Culture: strong sense of "one-team" and "I've got your back" collaboration. Celebrates employees for adhering to company values and key life events (i.e., wedding showers, baby showers, etc.). Culture of humility and “get things done.” Transparency from top down, candor and feedback all components of a healthy culture • Clear & Consistent Communication: Top down communication from leadership is great. Leadership consistently communicates overarching vision & strategy, delivery model, and the reasons for any significant change. Knowing the Why and having a forum for discussion is really helpful in letting the team feel like they’re heard, even if you disagree with the course of action. • Achieving Outcome: Company is very mission-oriented around doing whatever it takes to drive outcome for our clients. Business is very focused on delivering results through combination of software products and professional services.

Cons

Develop more sustained cross-functional work opportunities (Hackathon was great, but only for a short sprint). Structure and the work can sometimes feel pretty stovepiped. Structure and processes are still maturing (it's a startup so comes with the territory)

Pros

I'm happy to come to work every day. It's a good team, transparent leadership, and a commitment to improving the lives of health care providers and patients.

Cons

Despite how long the company has been around there still isn't a 401K match and leaders don't always model taking PTO.

Pros

There are some great individual contributors at the company. Benefits are good. Pay is decent. The work can be rewarding based on patient and hospital impact.

Cons

Too many travel requirements. They hire externally for Senior level positions without considering existing team members or offering to internal applicants first. Then they have junior level team members train the seniors. Feedback falls on deaf ears, or you’re given the runaround. Toxic leadership on Delivery team with an unhealthy obsession with Mean Girls - yes, the movie about high school girls. It seems there may be a “Burn Book” so to speak, in which people are targeted to be fired if you end up on her bad side.
