Pros

Fairly strong community, talented people for the most part. Central office location.

Cons

Available projects very limited in scope and everything is CV brokering – project sales and new business acquirement doesn't really work since so many key people have left. Money is very tight and consultants are forced to stay in projects they're not happy with. Some good clients but the positions are hit and miss. The atmosphere is kind of lethargic and not very innovative in general. Salary is below average.

Pros

Good benefits and healthcare. Office in a nice part of town. Good work life balance.

Cons

Sales is only capable of selling design and mobile work, backend and web devs be aware. Even when they manage to find web or backend projects, they have their own favourite people that they like to offer. Company works more as a staffing company. You’ll end up alone as a pair of hands with some customer. No chance of career development or mentorship. Difficult to get promotions or salary raises. You have to give a presentation about it to a group of people, who have no say in whether you get that raise or not. The company recently laid off all of the juniors, since then the vibe has been very bad.
