Limited Pros. Top performers do have the opportunity to earn a bigger salary and bonus. There are also opportunities for internal movement and promotions due to the size of the employer. General pay and vacation structure are slightly above area averages.
Cons
Benefits are horrific and there are zero perqs to go along with them. We are touted as a separate company from Quintiles yet many of our policies, systems, and procedures are directly from Quintiles. It creates many problems when trying to explain the relationship to customers and regulators. Our systems and equipment and woefully behind market competitors due to poor financial decisions. Higher level management sees the lab employees as expendable and push to have them routinely work evenings and weekends to make good on their promises. People are quickly being run into the ground.
