Pros
The pros would be they pay more than some other places, and the lab employees themselves. That’s it, nothing else.
Cons
Management is terrible. They have promoted people who have been at the company long enough but have horrible managerial skills, actually none. Serious turnover in the genomics lab due to poor management. Upper management has been informed of the issues but have yet to do anything about it. Communication is nonexistent. This lab needs a serious makeover, not just a new building.
