      Pros

      If you want free movies and the option to preview the movies the day before showings. I guess free popcorn would be a pro as well.

      Cons

      The pay rate is really low, never saw supervisors paid with 8.50 per hour or assistant managers with 9.00. And there is no room to grow unless a manager quits.

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers, went home smelling like popcorn, knew the plot to almost all of the movies at the time

      Cons

      You can work at Target and make much more with the same hours, constantly told to upsell and suggestive sell for every little thing, sometimes hard to get off on holidays
