This is a very unique cultural resource management firm with a studio environment that allows for learning and growth of new employees as well as those employees that have been on board for many years. This company and its philosophy worked for me as a client for over a decade. It is this commitment to quality and integrity that convinced me that I needed to come to work for them. Working among friends and colleagues makes better employees. Benefits are very good.
Cons
New employees are expected to get active within their departments quickly. Training is available at all times and at all levels, but the individual must make an effort to participate. The workload ebbs and flows. Late hours are needed occasionally to meet and surpass client deadlines.
