I worked at R E Garrison Trucking Inc 1103 Co Rd 1194, Vinemont, AL company for 6 months Every month they shorted me a load That they refuse to pay Giving no reason Refuse to even knowledge that they didn't even pay me for the loads no matter how many times I asked Stuff they were supposed to reimburse me on Lumper fees Parts stuff like that They wouldn't always pay me back I spent over $700 out of my pocket they refuse to pay me for They're supposed to pay detention pay they refuse to pay that I like to stay out for 3 weeks They kept me out for 4 and 5 weeks every time Knowing I had business to take care of They refuse to get me home And no matter how long I stayed out You get B at for going home After a day of being home they would put a load on me They'd put loads on you without even telling you They would tried to get me to come back out without even asking after a day on hometime When I quit I send in a message to my dispatcher he refused to answer I called the office to tell them that I quit they just told me they will get back to me Three weeks later I still haven't heard from them My last load I've never sent the information in It has over $1,000 that the company had to pay for for Fuel & lumper fees I still haven't heard anything from payroll Now because I was on home time when I quit I had the truck here with me They didn't even care that I kept the truck at home And to someone reported abandoned truck they didn't care And when they came and got it they still refuse to talk to me I still have the keys to the truck I found out they done this to a lot of drivers they rip me off over $4,000.oo
