There appears to be a challenging management culture characterized by poor communication and instances of employee targeting. Concerns are often discussed indirectly rather than addressed transparently, which can create a lack of trust within teams. In addition, internal mobility seems to be quite limited; employees hired for a specific role may find it difficult to transition to other opportunities within the organization, even when they express interest in growth or different positions. HR would not help and they’re not your friends as they show when you get hired.
