During my first several years at the company all of the team members enjoyed dynamic growth both professionally and personally. Best of class development and culture programs were strongly in place and the business was fantastic. The company consistently ranked as a “best place to work”. We all felt like a family and and enjoyed a very inclusion work environment. The best company that I worked at during my career. Great Transparency, they kept everything very real.
Cons
The current CEO has killed the culture of the company that existed and now there is no culture or team at all. Everyone is in great fear of their jobs each and everyday. The good people have exited the doors and the ones that can’t find a new job hang on for dear life. Enough is enough, I thought I would retire with this company but life is to short and I no longer feel part of this team because there is no team and I have moved on. All the best to my former team members at RGB.
