Excellent company to work for. My previous company was a Fortune 500 entity where employees rotated in & out of the company frequently. When I arrived at R.M. Palmer everyone there told me how they had been at the company from 15 to 40 years, which was an incredible indication on how well they treat their people. I cannot say enough about what a great experience I've had there. You have the opportunity to get involved in every facet of the business, and it is one of the few places I've seen where your success is truly based on how hard you are willing to work and the strength of your ideas.

In a world where major brands and marketing firms dominant, a mid sized company with family values like R.M. Palmer can get overlooked .
