Pros
Nice infrastructure Good place to start our career as a fresher Decent salary Drop available for night shift and pick up available for early morning shift No work pressure No dress code, anything is fine.
Cons
They hire fresher's in contract basis except few people's. Once contract is over they have to left us or extend our contract or make permanent of our position. Salary for experience people is low when compared to the other companies. Hike is also low!! Should be work in different and different team but not very often.
