Pros
R&B offered a benefit package that fit my needs and reduced my out of pocket costs. I came from a publically traded company and was worked to the point that I couldn't take breaks or lunch. R&B respects their employees time and work/life balance. R&B offers a family orientated culture. Several employees have recommended the organization to sisters, daughter and other family members.
Cons
Long-time staff makes it difficult for a new hire to fit in. However, their knowledge and experience has been helpful.
