      Pros

      The company has been in business over 50 years and continues to expand and grow. This is 3rd generation family owned and the family truly cares for the employees. Great pay, benefits, quarterly bonus program, retirement, luncheons, tuition reimbursement, clean, temperature controlled, and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      This is an amazing family run company and there are no cons I can think of.

      Family friendly, great work life balance, culture is kind, fun events, great location and flexible leadership. Debt free, family-owned company and continues to expand and grow!

      Work is work sometimes but overall great place to be!

      Flexible schedule, family atmosphere, great managers, competitive pay, full benefits package, company events, great location, clean building, and company is growing into a 3rd location in Elkhorn.
