Pros
Phenomenal food. Just amazing to work in a restaurant as a manager where all you hear from guests all day is how much they love you. Brothers/founders are passionate about what we serve and more so for creating an amazing enviroment for our guests. Ffg backing us with the same goals and expectations really creates an environment where you want to go to work and love being there.
Cons
Opening crew arrives at 5am so as a manager your essentially on call very early to very late but thats nothing unusual and we take good care of our employees and are able to put alot of trust in them.
