      Pros

      Respects boundaries of work/life balance. Supportive for working moms. Generally hires wonderful and talented people.

      Cons

      I’ve seen some employees overlooked and undervalued - it really depends on who your boss is. And if you want a raise/promotion, you have to strongly advocate for yourself.

      Thank you for your review! Our people work hard so it's important to us that they've able to spend time with their families and loved ones outside of work. We work tirelessly to hire not only talented folks, but people who care for and about one another. As you know, we launched our Professional Development Program which includes 360 feedback allowing for leadership to evaluate an employee's performance from all sides, not just the managers, Again, thank you for your review and your years of service.

      Pros

      Very caring for their employees, health insurance cost is basically fully covered. Summer fridays and bonuses yearly. It is a friendly place. Has also always been on the forefront of accepting people as they are for decades. Lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than I could obtain elsewhere but the benefits out weigh it for me.

      Thank you for your review! Our people are our greatest asset and we take great pride in making sure they are taken care of. As you know, we created our Professional Development Program which warrants yearly compensations discussions, however raises and bonuses are contingent not just on performance but on the health of the business. Our leadership team consistently reviews our compensation strategy to ensure we're providing for our people as best we can. Again, thank you for your review and your years of service!
