They will take anyone.. I say this as a pro because if your desparate for a job this will put some experience on your resume. If you have a decent resume already I'd suggest looking at any other company (see cons). Also competitive benefits.

Read every other negative review for this company from Glassdoor. They hit it right on the head. ***The only postiive reviews on this company were clearly written by someone currently in upper management because no one that I know who got hired in with me stayed more than a year, including myself, because how grueling this job is. My own perspective... -this place is a revolving door.. odds are you are settling for this job because you can't find anything else and if your still working there now it's because you are too exhausted to find and apply to other jobs after the 50+ hours a week they put you through.. By the time I left almost everyone in the office was a new face. -50+ hours a week.. the 50 hours just includes your regular M-F shifts, that is right 10 hours a day (pay is addressed below, its a good laugh). The + portion comes from working weekends and nights. Mind you, when people quit, which happens often, the amount of nights and weekends you work increases in frequency. -Pay is a complete joke. You see exactly how much your bringing into the company and you don't even get a fraction of that. When you boil down how many hours your working a week you make something like $10/hr. I want to say that the starting salary is 32k (before taxes)... lol. Good luck supporting yourself on that. -Promotions offer very little incentive... oh you can move up? Thats great what is my raise? 2k more hahahahaha. Mind you there is really only one promotion at this company and it is to become a pod leader. Remember the 50+ hours a week we were talking about? Try 60+ easy now. All for 2k more. What a joke. -No respect/incentives.. your team and even office will set records for the company and the only thing that happens in return is a higher goal for you to hit the next month, thus fatiguing workers. At the monthly meetings they will say if you can't handle it than maybe logistics is not the right path for you. That sure motivates me to hit my goals. Seems to make more sense to me not to set records for the company to avoid the additional expectency/workload. -Also, part of the job portion that sucks, but is logistics, is the fact that you are dealing with truck drivers all day. Just think about the types of personalities truck drivers have. In most cases they have all the leverage and they will hang you out to dry, tell you to frigg off, hang up on you, or offer you extremely absurd pricing b/c they own the truck and you just sit in front of a computer. So if the job conditions didn't make you want to kill yourself already the job itself does. Mind you the windows do not open to avoid jumpers. **Just a disclaimer** This company transforms you for the worse. I have seen some of the most opptimistic and happy people start this job only to see them slamming phones and hating life by the end of their first month. The only time I saw them smile again was when they threw in their two weeks and walked out the door for the last time. In all honesty if you are willing to settle for this job you should settle to be a mortgage banker at Quicken Loans. At least there you can make a ton of money for busting your ass. Good luck lasting a year at this train wreck. If you do last that long you obviously have some underlying issues.
