Pros
Venkat who is the CEO of the company is personally involved with most of the employees R3 Tek have. I was one of the first employees ever since R3TEK came into existence and I have stuck around happily. Very flexible to work with and they pay on time.
Cons
Some times the response time from the R3 tek team to the employees are not that good but ultimately they do revert back and work with you.
