      Paychecks and benefits are great and opportunities to learn are there as well if you take the initiative to learn and ask questions

      Cons

      Extremely long shifts and being exposed to the elements also expect to get dirty everyday whether if it's mud or dirt

      Pros

      Culture is good for the most part. Management is mostly nice there are a few exceptions. Oilfield dependent so you could be laid off or let go if it slows down which it does happen.

      Cons

      Clicky so if your not a hunting enthusiast or have the right good ole boy mentality unfortunately you won't move up within the company.
