Unstructured onboarding and unclear role expectations. Inconsistent communication from management. Feedback culture felt reactive, not developmental. Little transparency or psychological safety. Escalation of concerns often led to retaliation rather than resolution.

Great place to work, allowed for lots of hands on experience and design opportunities!

Medium sized company, so didn't get too much exposure to what working for a large corporation might feel like.
