Lost its way - Roadside Technician RAC Employee Review

Pay is only better than garages if you work long hours Hard to get time off Treatment of workforce recently is not great , reduction in bonuses and overtime seems to have disappeared completely amounting to about a £10,000 reduction in salary for me this year. Heavily target driven Abuse from members due to companies poor handling of workload (People left sleeping in their cars overnight etc) Mentally draining and disheartening Training is non existent you get one day a year if lucky Been there almost 8 years loved it for years thought id retire in this job but I'm looking to leave this year and already have a few offers I'm weighing up.
