Pros

- generous base pay with added OTE - friendly atmosphere - great benefits e.g. blue light card and other discounts

Cons

- unrealistic targets - can be very stressful - training is in a classroom setting and focuses on the products they offer. You’re expected to go out on the floor after training and immediately start taking phone calls despite having no training on the phone systems. - You are tracked on EVERYTHING. You are allocated a certain amount of time for toilet breaks etc. - Work life balance isn’t great
