Literally can't think of a thing. Monolithic organisation with the biggest gap between words and action I've ever seen
Cons
- Wages are a genuine joke, market pays almost double in a lot of cases - Culture is painted as nice but leadership are incompetent and loads of in-fighting - People are all self-serving - Slow and bureucratic -No development opportunities or progress - Highly skilled people doing work for more senior and way less competent people - Pure politics - Not innovative or forward thinking at all
