The only positive thing receiving a timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company. The company looks good from the outside from the inside, it's a mess lots of incompetent people have gone to the top. There is no vision for the leadership team, they only want to make people work under their say.

1. Unethical micromanaging 2. Sr Management of the company has a whimsical sense of humour. Volatile decision-making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 3. Too much of power is given to the managers and operations team, they play with unethical work attitudes based on their industry fresher mindset. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour. Manager has full control of the Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee's career, even if it's their fault. Expect to work extra hours without any extra benefit. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employees as human beings.
