Down side, the two directors don't care about staff or come on site. Company is run by a snitch to the directors and has no management structure If your looking for the worst uk company then you found it No support from any staff and they constantly do what they want, come in late, leave early, abuse other staff members etc....

Fantastic organisation to be part of. Exciting brand. Good leadership which invests and backs its employees. Willing to invest in good ideas and people. Great company culture.

Doesn't sell itself enough as a employer.
