Pros
Diverse local and international projects. It is a good place to hone water-sensitive urban design skills too. I met some awesome colleagues, who will turn into really good friends.
Cons
The pace of projects is rather fast with long hours. It's a place for the young, but difficult to sustain when one starts a family with children.
