This company always looking for employees who will stay long in this organization. I am here for over 6 years. This organization is always give support to employee, in my case management give full support even for my personal problem.. Every company has some rule like late coming etc.. But in this company it's not so hard that you can leave this organization only for those reason... In this only one that you need to invest is dedication to get success nothing else..

Cons

Sometimes company changes their work structure frequently but I felt that this is only to obtain best option.

Nothing is good here. Toxic bosses

Cons

Good at first, then everything will become toxic. They have favoritism. The managers are not IT so they didn't know to properly establish it. No growth
