      Pros

      The people at Rapp are some of the best in the business. Intelligent, hard working,flexible, and extremely adaptable. Pay is competitive. Lots of opportunity to socialize both inside and outside of work.

      Cons

      Company is only concerned with profit margin. Great people are worked into the ground until they leave. Less than forth coming with clients/end users. RIFs are common at least once per year.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
