      Pros

      Most of the people are really smart. There is an attempt to create a fun culture. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      The focus is on billable hours only. Leadership has made no investment in its people nor in changing its technology offerings, and the price is now being paid. Management plays favorites, and there seems to be no value placed on loyalty and years of service. Turnover is high. Layoffs are frequent. Business development efforts have become futile.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
