      Pros

      New CEO seems to be making good progress, and the current NY managing director is almost gone after his 4 year reign of panic, no significant new business wins, losing most NY accounts, getting previous CEO fired, and firing/scapegoating his entire executive team. Despite shrinking into obsolescence, company is always hiring and pays well due to the insane amount of turnover.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive for almost all clients except literally 4 or 5 that don't know any better and keep the lights on.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Cons

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
