Pros

Unfortunately, there are no significant pros i can mention except an acceptable starting salary for low grades

Cons

Poor management with a lack of clear policies and procedures. Low salaries and no compensation for additional work or overtime. Toxic work environment with a lack of respect and professionalism between colleagues. No investment in employee development or career growth. No consideration of employees' personal lives or work-life balance. No transportation, travel, accommodation, or food and drinks compensation for site engineers and employees. Limited interactive activities or team building events. High turnover rate with no career security or stability . HR department prioritizes the company's profit over employees' well-being.

Pros

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

Cons

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
