Pros
The other drivers who you work with are easy to get along with. The routes we run are quite good.
Cons
The hours are long and the rotas are not good, eg a lot of 7days in a row working. The Buses are in poor condition. The new management are not approachable nor helpful. The pay, though has improved since a pay dispute and industrial action.
