Expected to stand and do nothing, yet look busy. Expected to drive 2.5+ hours to a job site in your personal vehicle one way. Expected to drive to multiple job sites in one day. Even if you're motivated to learn and train you will get pushed aside for favoritism. Serious disconnect from the office personnel to the superintendents/foremen to the operators.
