Pros

Some of the employees are nice, others can’t be bothered to do simple tasks and push their work onto others (the owners can’t even make copies for themselves)

Cons

Literally EVERYTHING. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever worked. STAY AWAY! You will be hired for one position and they will push more work onto you and you WON’T be compensated for it. You’re expected to do the workload of 2-3 people but are paid as one person. Some employees act like they’re too good to take phone calls. There’s a fake “we’re a family” front that’s put up but it’s all a lie. This was a very toxic and abusive environment. The owners treat everyone like they’re an idiot and talk down to them. You need a day off for a doctors appointment? GOOD LUCK since you can never take time off here. This company was apparently purchased by a corporation, but it’s clear that the corporation doesn’t care about how the employees feel. As long as they have bodies there to work, they don’t care. It’s not just one or two people who felt this way, it’s the majority of the staff. The fear of retaliation from the owners prevents anyone from speaking up. EVERYTHING is micromanaged, you feel like you’re a kid in school and the teacher is walking around when you’re taking a test, trying to catch you doing something wrong. Everything “good” about working for this company is all smoke and mirrors. If I could give this company a 0 star rating, I would. Do yourself a favor and don’t work for this company. They can’t keep employees for more than a couple years because everyone gets sick of it. There are plenty of other places to work where you’ll be treated like an equal and a human being.

Pros

Low level employees are nice and friendly, they give the equipment needed. But u have to fight to get it

Cons

Where do I start? Management is abusive, you will be talked to and treated like trash. You are overworked to the point you will burn out and they will threaten to fire you over any little thing. The owner is a ego maniac who will talk about himself the whole interview process. Everyone talks behind everyone’s back instead of fixing issues. It’s a extremely toxic environment
