      Owner was flexible around scheduling and allowed some hybrid work

      Cons

      Micromanagement with poor delegation and little autonomy, not enough work to do but still had to sit at a desk and look busy for 8 hours.

      The corporate side of the company was excellent, and the only thing keeping this from a one-star review.

      Cons

      Cold, uncaring onsite supervisors. Impossible expectations. High turnover. No understanding that sometimes life gets in the way of productivity.
