Pros

I am the Chairman and CEO of a public TSX listed company that is also dual listed on the ASX. I joined RB Milestone Equities LLC as a member of their Advisory Board. RB Milestone Equities is also a cornerstone investor in the public company that I manage. As a fund, RB Milestone Equities invested quickly (as they said they would) by way of straight equity investment. It's Founder & Principal, Ryan M. Brucato, was involved in the process also. He instilled flexibility and creativity on how the fund could invest given our somewhat complex situation. When the deal saw setbacks, Mr. Brucato stepped in to reconfigure and ensure closing. On a separate but not unrelated note, the team at their subsidiary company, RB Milestone Group, is strong also. RB Milestone Group is on the service side. Very effective.

Cons

I have not witnessed any Cons about this group. Well managed and thorough in their efforts. I would draw your attention back up to the Pros section.

Pros

RBMG's client reporting is invaluable to clients as it provides clear and detailed insight into what stakeholders are thinking as it relates to strengths, weaknesses, milestones and investment interest. The team takes a proactive approach in crafting and updating IR strategies and messaging based on the data.

Cons

RBMG provides a lot of investor relations services which sometimes isn't needed by all clients so a crawl-walk-run type of approach is the best strategy for small, micro and nanocap companies that need to establish an initial foundation before taking the next step.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Ryan Brucato at RB Milestone Group. He has no leadership skills and seems overwhelmed at the prospect of managing a company so he manages it terribly. Staff upon entering this company are promised an exciting start up community. Unfortunately, this is a failing small business. Mr. Brucato tried to expand the business too quickly by adding new divisions before establishing his name in the industry leading to loss of jobs, staff leaving and health insurance being stopped and threatening to stop payroll.

Cons

Bad hires within Senior management. Bringing in younger staff to manage teams because they require lower salary was a big mistake. All original staff have left and the company has moved to a smaller office due to lack of clients. No benefits, under qualified managing director, low salary, unhappy staff.
